The footballer Atakan Karazor is released from prison in Ibiza after paying a bail of 50,000 euros

In the review of the order, the court stipulated a bail of 50,000 euros for each of the accused, with periodic appearances, plus the prohibition of approach and communication with the victim. The professional footballer was represented by lawyers Bartolomé Salas and Cristina Molina.

Atakan Karazor, 25 years old and German nationality, and a friend of the same age were arrested on June 8 by the Judicial Police of the Civil Guard as alleged perpetrators of a rape, as advanced exclusively by Periódico de Ibiza y Formentera in its edition of June 11.

The events occurred on Wednesday night in a property located in the vicinity of the Cova Santa room, in the municipality of Sant Josep.

According to the account provided by the young woman, the two men, Atakan Karazor and Jaskaran T.D., forced her to have sex in the villa where the young Germans were staying. After the incident, the victim, 18 years old and of Spanish nationality, was treated at the Can Misses hospital. The forensic medical report was transferred to the courts.

Following the complaint filed with the Civil Guard, the Judicial Police located the two men identified by the girl as the perpetrators of a sexual assault with carnal access.

The two individuals, both 25 years old, were taken to the Civil Guard to make a statement before being placed at the disposal of the Court of Instruction on duty.
