Tattoo artist arrested in Ibiza for sexual abuse of his clients

The victim, a british tourist in Ibiza, brought the facts to the attention of the police authorities in Scotland, where she usually resides, who forwarded the complaint to the Guardia Civil for investigation.

The investigators found out that the detainee had a previous record for similar acts, and allegedly committed sexual abuse in a tattoo parlor in the town of San Josep de Sa Talaia, where the victims hired his services, at which time he acted by performing non-consensual touching of the women while he performed a tattoo on them.

After being brought to the attention of the Court of Instruction No. 1 of Ibiza, on duty, he was sentenced to provisional imprisonment without bail.
