Two Italian women arrested after trying to embark for Ibiza with blood traces in their false passports

As reported on Tuesday by l'Adige.it, the women were at the border control when they presented the police with their "documentation" to be boarded when the agents realised that the papers were false. Apparently, a sect called 'One People I Am', which refuses to recognise the authority of the state, is involved in the production of such fake identity documents in the name of its followers and containing fingerprints printed in blood.

After multiple attempts by the police officers to talk some sense into the women and get them to hand over a valid identity document, the passengers were taken to the police station where they were arrested and subsequently identified.

Once at the police station, the detainees, both of whom had previous convictions, were reported to the public prosecutor's office for resisting a public official. In addition, the agents seized from one of the women a sum of 20,000 euros in cash which had not been declared at customs and which exceeded the amount permitted by law. The woman was also unable to justify the origin of the money.

The provincial police commissioner, Paolo Sartori, issued a 'Foglio di Via Obbligatorio' order against the two women, prohibiting them from returning to the municipality of Bolzano for the next two years.
