She leaves her five-year-old son alone at home to go get tobacco and they find her drunk in a bar in Ibiza

As reported this Thursday by the Armed Institute, the events date back to the morning of December 1, when agents of the Civil Guard of the Santa Eulalia Post received a notice from the Central alerting them of the presence of a minor in a balcony of a house asking for help.

Apparently, the five-year-old child had woken up and did not find his mother at home.

A Civil Guard and Local Police patrol traveled to the site. Using a metal ladder, the agents accessed the balcony where the minor was, very scared and agitated. In order to locate the mother, the agents made several calls with negative results.

Taking steps to locate her, the agents found the woman inside a local nightlife establishment in an apparent state of intoxication. The woman told the agents that she had been drinking alcoholic beverages inside the home and that she left to go buy tobacco.

For all these reasons, the agents proceeded to arrest the woman as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of abandonment of a minor.
