Bora Bora announces that this 2022 will be its last season and that on 15 October it will close its doors forever after 40 uninterrupted years of operation.

On 15th October, Bora Bora will close its doors for good, preceded by a very important number of celebrations throughout the months of August, September and October in homage to those who have been and are part of the legend of a legendary and world-renowned establishment. Throughout its history, Bora Bora has been part of the list of the 100 best clubs in the world and artists of the stature of Marco Carola, Claptone, Erick Morillo, Fat Tony, Nic Fanciulli, David Morales, Smokin Jo, Todd Terry, Danny Tenaglia and, with the logic of the years, hundreds if not thousands more have passed through its booth. Almost everyone who is anyone in the music industry today has been at the controls of the glass dome booth that makes up the complex's discotheque.

Be part of the legend

To celebrate this last season of «Bora Bora» the campaign «The last chance to dance» incorporates on Mondays the Sondela event, on Tuesdays Diego Miranda and friends, on Wednesdays and Saturdays special sessions of the resident DJs with Summer Rocks, Jambo Afrobeats and Forget the Club, on Thursdays Zoo Project with Urban Ritch Bitch, on Fridays Privacy and on Sundays Dance! led by Nic Fanciulli and with a cast of guest artists (and the best kept secret) that make the delight of the visitors.
The future of Bora Bora

The Bora Bora complex, with its flats, restaurants, beach clubs, shops and discotheque, has announced that this will be its last season but not yet what will become of this space for the summer season of 2023. The current managers will announce it once this season is over. It will be a space dedicated to quality catering and day and night-time leisure, as it has been until now, but with a new name, a profound transformation and undoubtedly with the imprint of one of the most important leisure and catering groups on the island.

«The integral transformation of the area of Playa d'en Bossa began a decade ago and the 'Bora Bora' complex, which for 40 years has known how to evolve to adapt to the times, joins this transformation that seeks to add value to the area and attract quality tourism, without losing the magic of Ibiza and the essence of a place where we have all lived magical moments» say the management of «Bora Bora» without revealing anything else for the moment.

Bora Bora opened 40 years ago, in 1982, and was the first beach restaurant with music in Ibiza. Throughout its history it has been on the list of the 100 best clubs in the world and has received the pilgrimage of clubbers from all corners of the planet.
